Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled DELMIAWorks Consultant to join our growing team. This remote full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse manufacturing clients delivering comprehensive ERP solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Services: Lead and support DELMIAWorks implementations from planning through go-live
- Client Training: Deliver user training sessions and develop training materials for various skill levels
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing DELMIAWorks installations
- System Configuration: Configure DELMIAWorks modules to meet specific client requirements
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices guides
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on DELMIAWorks experience (formerly IQMS)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Experience with ERP implementations, configurations, and customizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- DELMIAWorks certifications (beneficial but not required)
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Project management experience or certification
- SQL database knowledge
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
