We recently purchased the DelmiaWorks manufacturing ERP software (formerly known as IQMS) and were looking for an implementation team that had both practical knowledge and hands on experience with IQMS. When we found DR Software Services & Associates we hit the jackpot. The DRSS partners have deep rooted manufacturing experience so they don’t just talk the talk, they completely understand from years of actual work experience, what it takes to run a manufacturing operation from end to end. Both have worked with and for IQMS and would easily be considered to be IQMS “Power Users”. We are a manufacturing unit operating within a nonprofit organization that required a complex integration of data exchange between IQMS and the financial ERP system. We struggled with how we were going to accomplish this integration until DRSS reached into their extensive network of available resources and provided us an elegant but simple solution that works. With the implementation and training support from DRSS we were at go-live, including the complete systems integration, in just over 6 months. What you can expect from DRSS is their continued support, not a huge software maintenance contract, you just pay for what you need. I’ve been through a few implementations over my career and have to say that this has been one of the most successful and enjoyable, DRSS just made it feel easy.
