Currently, he serves as an Applications Consultant for DR Software Services, leveraging his extensive knowledge to propel the capabilities of the manufacturing sector. Before this, Valentino made significant contributions to Dassault Systems as a Quality Assurance Engineer, specializing in software testing, validation, and collaborating extensively in Agile settings with engineers and product managers. His background also encompasses substantial experience as a Support Engineer and Technical Account Management.

Valentino’s professional journey includes showcasing advanced troubleshooting abilities as a Software Support Engineer. From scripting to troubleshooting data and technical writing of support issues, his commitment to customer satisfaction was evident through hands-on approaches, engaging in conference calls, and leading projects that benefited various departments. At IQMS, he held the position of a Technical Support Specialist in Manufacturing, further solidifying his niche in the industry.

Educationally, Valentino holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Information Systems from Coleman University, delving into Java, Object-Oriented Design, and Structured Design. Additionally, he possesses an Associate Degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute School Of Information Technology.

Certified in Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Ethical Hacking: Hacking Web Servers and Web Applications, Technical Support Specialist in Manufacturing at IQMS, and Network Troubleshooting, Valentino combines expertise with a personal touch.

Beyond his professional achievements, Valentino, originally from the picturesque Eastern Sierras in June Lake, CA, is an aficionado of music, a dedicated family man, and a keen enthusiast of saltwater aquariums.
