Charles Hockett is a seasoned ERP and manufacturing systems leader with over 15 years of experience driving full-cycle implementations and multi-plant standardization for organizations across the manufacturing sector. He brings deep expertise in IQMS/DELMIAWorks, Infor Syteline, Epicor, and Microsoft Dynamics, with a track record of delivering measurable gains in efficiency, cost savings, data reliability, and profitability.

Charles’s career includes leading IT/IS operations and ERP standardization across three injection molding plants as Vice President of IT/IS at PSI Molded Plastics, where he oversaw multi-plant infrastructure, EDI integration, system upgrades, and AI initiatives while providing business intelligence to executive leadership. Prior to that role, he led full IQMS implementations and standardization efforts across the same three plants as an ERP Implementation Consultant, in addition to consulting on ERP systems for aerospace, apparel, and extrusion manufacturing clients.

Charles also brings valuable international experience, having directed a full-cycle IQMS implementation for the Netherlands plant of a global medical device manufacturer while working as an expatriate. In that role he performed multi-country gap and fit analysis for EU compliance and led a risk-based strategy to standardize operations and align workflows across global plants.

Before moving into ERP consulting, Charles built a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations, serving as a Controller and Staff Accountant across multiple manufacturing organizations, where he managed financial reporting, costing, audits, and ERP-driven process improvements. That accounting background gives him a distinct perspective on how ERP systems should serve both operational and financial reporting needs.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and completed MBA coursework at the same institution. With his blend of technical ERP expertise, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership experience across global manufacturing environments, Charles is well positioned to help organizations navigate complex implementations and drive lasting operational improvement.
